中歐國際工商學院是由中國政府與歐洲聯盟共同出資，于1994年11月創辦的一所非營利性中外合作高等管理教育機構。作為亞洲***國際商學院，學院的mba、emba和高層經理培訓三大課程在全球商學院排名中一直名列前茅，2012年新開始的fmba也深受歡迎與好評。學院的課程及學位已獲得了國際管理教育權威認證系統equis和aacsb雙認證，并獲得中國國務院學位委員會的正式認可。目前學院共開設下列課程：

學院在上海、北京和深圳設有校園和教學點。上海主校區于1999年在浦東金橋落成，由著名設計大師貝聿銘參與創辦的pcf設計事務所設計，2013年，上海校園三期項目完工。學院深圳代表處于2002年7月成立。2010年，由西班牙著名idom建筑事務所設計的學院北京校園在中關村軟件園落成。
